How do you know where and how to begin an exercise program? Which club? What equipment if you want to workout at home? It is those road blocks that sometimes keep us from starting to workout program.
I am here to help.
Setting up home gym- If exercising in a gym is not your thing, and believe me I can understand why, then working out at home or in your back yard is an excellent alternative. The music if any is what you choose to listen to. Its much less intimidating being in the privacy of your own home. It can be less expensive in the long run after the initial purchase of a few pieces of equipment . And you don't need that much equipment . I offer a package for home training that includes helping you choose the equipment and in some cases purchasing it for you and having it delivered to you.
Personal Training in the Gym- I work as an independent contractor out of Gold's Gym in San Francisco and Oakland. You can visit their web site at www.goldsgym.com to see what the gym offers and to contact them for membership pricing. Both gyms are very friendly and have a diverse clientele much like the bay area. Once a member you and I work together to design and implement a fitness program specific to your needs and goals. My training packages are competitive and flexible in terms of pricing and availability. I work with you on both so as to not make this commitment another stressful thing to do in your life. This is for you to have fun, get in shape and experience a whole new you.
Semi-private Training (2 people)-Both styles of workout programs and situations described above apply to semi private Training. If you like spending time with a significant person in your life, sharing a training session is a fun and rewarding experience and supports a healthy lifestyle. It is also a cost effective way to afford a trainer when you otherwise could not.
Many of my clients who do semi private sessions actually say that the workouts are harder than when they are flying solo, because of the friendly competition.
Remote training- With the advances in technology, I have added remote Personal Training via Skype, FaceTime, or iChat as a service to new clients who have live Out of Town and to current clients if they have to relocate or travel and need a support or tune up session in their new home or hotel. It works really well and is a successful way of staying consistent when life gets in the way!
Personal Training Fees
Single Rate :$90 per 60 minute session
Semi-Private Rate: $100.00 per 60 minute session ($50.00 each)
Home Training: San Francisco/ Oakland: $110.00 per 60 minute session
Remote Training: $90.00 per 60 minute session/ $50.00 per 30 minute session
