It is about creating shifts in habits and looking at ways to change relating to ourselves, others and the world as a whole. Life Coaching is a supportive mutual relationship between client and coach.

My Personal Fitness Training Programs involve working on your health and fitness focusing on physical strength and vitality. Attention and teaching is brought to strength training exercises, flexibility movements, and core exercises. I work closely with you in helping you learn to be more in your own body through exercise and breathe.
Integral Coaching and Fitness Training in one session is designed to create a dynamic way of bringing awareness and creating change. These sessions combine conversation and movement as described above.
