Everyone needs a certain degree of flexibility in order to perform their jobs and other activities of daily life.
The benefits attributed to stretching include increasing relaxation,reducing stress,decreasing muscular tension,and maintaining or correcting posture. Stretching can also decrease low back pain,relieve symptoms associated with muscular soreness and help prevent injuries.
When you come to a stretching session we will start with a brief assessment. I then guide you through stretches that will pinpoint the tight areas of your body. I will stretch you. I will teach you stretches so that you will be able to stretch you.
I offer stretching sessions in the privacy of your home or at the Golds gym location. I provide all equipment.
I also offer small group stretch classes at your workplace or at the Golds gym location.
