I've been working with Lisa for 18 years, and I can't imagine training with anyone else. Lisa is very knowledgeable about fitness and really enjoys what she does. She has taught me a lot about my body mechanics and what I need to do to stay strong and flexible. In addition to lifting weights to stay strong, she has emphasized the importance of core training and stretching. Lisa has also been very helpful with my diet, counseling me and keeping me motivated. Some mornings I just want to stay in bed, but once I'm at the gym, I'm always glad that I showed up. Maybe it's those happy endorphins that get released when I exercise, or maybe it's the satisfaction I get from a great workout. Whatever the cause, I always feel better after an hour with Lisa.
